Bringing together their combined experience and knowledge of carpets and rugs, Hannah Rogers and Jonathan Young have formed YarnOn, a company sourcing and supplying hand-tufted and hand-knotted rugs for the commercial and hospitality sectors.
Their unique perspective and insight into creating these rugs using innovative designs, subtle techniques and a variety of fibres will develop the correct specifications that are fit for purpose. They are working with suppliers directly from China, Thailand, Nepal, and Europe.
With a degree in print design and 28 years as a carpet designer, Hannah Rogers founded tessere in 2018 with the vision of combining freelance carpet designing with product sourcing. Hannah has previously worked with large woven manufacturers, such as Hugh MacKay, Ulster Carpets, and Oriental Weavers Hospitality, and has designed custom Axminster for hotels and resorts across the world.
Jonathan has around 40 years experience working in sales, sales and marketing management, and senior director level positions at carpet manufacturers providing product for the hotel and office sectors, including as CEO for Brintons USA, the subsidiary company of Brintons Ltd.
They are both passionate about serving clients and will look to deliver the highest quality and best value on every project quickly and where possible as sustainably as possible.
